It took me a bit to get everything set up, not really hard but not exactly super easy either. Once I got through that part, it worked fine, so I guess..

I bought this thinking it would be totally fine, but it keeps leaking from around the bottom no matter what I do. I’ve cleaned it, checked all the parts, tightened everything I could, and still wake up to water on the floor every morning. it’s been embarrassing having to keep wiping it up, especially when someone notices. Super annoying and not worth the hassle.

It works okay overall, but the motor noise is louder than I expected. I usually turn it on in the evening after dinner when the house is quiet, and that’s when it really stands out. My cat already acts dramatic about random sounds, so at night this just seems to annoy her. Not terrible, just not ideal if you’ve got a sensitive pet or you’re a light sleeper.

My feeder quit working after only a few months, which was annoying because who wants to deal with that? I reached out expecting the usual runaround, but surprisingly, support just asked for a couple details and sent a replacement quickly. No endless back-and-forth, no weird hoops to jump through. I was frustrated at first, but I’ve got to admit they handled the warranty really well.

It worked fine at first, but after a little while the water flow started slowing down a lot. Even after cleaning it, it still doesn’t really get back to normal, which is frustrating.

Had a little problem with my feeder, nothing huge, just one of those annoying things where it wasn’t doing what I thought it should. I messaged PetLibro support and they replied quicker than I expected. They basically walked me through it in plain terms, no overcomplicated back and forth, and I got it sorted. Solid experience overall, I was happy with the help.

I’ve been using a Petlibro feeder, and so far the battery backup has done its job well. We had the power go out for a few hours, and my cat still got fed right on schedule, which was the main thing I cared about. I’d say it’s especially useful if you deal with occasional outages or travel a bit and want that extra peace of mind. If your power never goes out, you probably won’t think about it much. My only complaint is that the battery info in the app could be a little clearer, but overall I’m happy with it.

Most of the time it’s totally fine, but I swear the portion sizes are not always the same. Some days it looks normal, other days I’m staring at it like, okay, who decided I get less today? Not a dealbreaker or anything, but it does make me wonder if there’s some secret portion-size roulette happening in the back...

My old cat feeder kept jamming, once something does that a few times, I mentally file it under “not worth the hassle.” This one has been totally fine so far. The kibble drops like it should every time, so I don’t have to keep checking on it or stressing about whether my cat actually got fed

I use this just about every day while I’m at work so I can talk to my cat, and it’s been great. The audio is clear enough for what I need, and setup was easy. It’s nice being able to check in and say hi when I’m not around.

Right from the first day, I was impressed with how well this filter worked. The water looked cleaner than I expected, and my cat actually started drinking more, which was a really nice surprise. So far, it’s been doing a great job

It cleans up quick, which I really like, but the corners still get a little gross after a while. Not a huge deal, just something I’ve noticed.

It works great. The schedule stays on time every day. My cats get fed when they should. No complaints from them.

Swapping out the filters was simple, which I appreciated. The only downside was that the replacement parts took longer to arrive than I expected. If you’re like me and don’t want to risk being stuck waiting when maintenance is due, I’d order them ahead of time.

I bought this mainly to keep an eye on my pet, but the camera quality has been disappointing. The video is blurry and laggy most of the time, and the night view is even worse. The app also keeps getting stuck loading, which is frustrating. I even went back and checked my order email/receipt to make sure I got the right model, because it just doesn’t feel worth it for what I needed

The feeder works fine when it’s actually connected, but the Wi-Fi drops way too often. I’ve reset it several times and it still randomly goes offline, which is really frustrating when I’m not home and need to know it’s working. What makes it more annoying is that it’s not really clear what the next step is supposed to be after the usual reset stuff doesn’t fix it.

I bought the petlibro feeder hoping it would make things easier while I’m at work, but I regret not thinking more about how my cat would react to it. From the first day, the motor noise freaked her out, and she wouldn’t go anywhere near her food.

I was hoping this would help keep my dog’s kibble fresh, but it started smelling stale sooner than expected. I tried reaching out for help, but I kept getting bounced around in the same support loop without a clear answer, which made the whole thing even more frustrating...

Overall, I’d say it’s a good value and I’m happy with what I got. It’s not perfect, but for the price, I can’t really complain too much. The only thing is the shipping was a bit slower than I expected, which was a little annoying since I kept checking the tracking like I had nothing better to do. Anyway, it showed up fine in the end, and I’d probably buy it again...

I do like how this looks. It has a clean, simple design and doesn’t feel bulky sitting in the kitchen, which I appreciate. Setup was straightforward too, so no complaints there.

That said, the size is where it fell a little short for me. The bowl area feels kind of small, and my bigger cat ends up making a mess around it. It’s not a bad product at all, but for our setup, it just isn’t quite right.
